Of course we love cash offers, but at the end of the day, the seller nets the same amount of money regardless of whether the buyer pays cash or uses a loan, so people can use a loan to purchase….this house is in great shape so even a VA buyer can purchase this home! Seller may even consider an offfer contingent upon selling the buyer’s current home.
